While it might sound like a restaurant review website would welcome restaurant advertising, we’d like to maintain our independence and objectivity about area restaurants. We want our readers and supporters to see that we are maintaining a critical distance from businesses that we review. We don’t want to muddy the waters, which is so common these days.
