Finally got a chance to try out Betty Rae’s Ice Cream at their Wornall Road location. There is news today that Mark Shatto, from Shatto Milk dairy, is taking over ownership of the concept. There are plans to keep the current staff and expand to new locations. Also look for their delicious flavors in stores.
I had a waffle cone with their Razz & Blue flavor (raspberries and blueberries). Very delicious. The Youth Review Crew was quite happy with the Mint & Chocolate Flakes and Thou Mayest Coffee flavors.
