Weston Coffee Roastery

I visit Weston, Missouri on a frequent basis. One of the gems I’ve discovered there is the Weston Coffee Roastery. I drop in for a mocha on about half of my visits. I really love their peppermint mocha, probably the best I’ve had in the Kansas City area. You can find the coffee shop on Main Street, in the historic part of Weston.

They have a full menu, so consider them for breakfast, lunch, sandwiches, baked goods and more. Their food menu isn’t online, but I will share a pic of it next time I visit.

The owners and staff have all been helpful and chatty during all of my visits. The place is spacious, with plenty of seating for small groups or individuals. The decor changes frequently with help from all the art they show.

Art Gallery

The coffee shop actively displays art from local and regional artists. They recently sponsored a weekend of plein air painting around Weston. I took part in this event (see my art below). Around 16 artists set up around town, outside (plein air), and painted gardens, streetscapes, landscapes, people, and more.
